Canning Peaches

Two things this year ~ we have “faith like potatoes” in our permaculture tree guilds and “practice makes perfect!!” When I spied gorgeous locally grown, pesticide free peaches at Nutrition World and I immediately thought – “I need to PRACTICE canning those so I don’t hesitate when our peach trees are producing in 2025!! We have never canned peaches, well, I have canned peach SALSA for 11 years, but never canned peaches proper! There are some essentials is canning I skipped – green beans, peaches – and ran straight to things we love, salsas and chutneys in the old days, meals in jars now!!

So, because we have “faith like potatoes” and are building beautiful soil for gorgeous harvests in the FUTURE, it is wise to practice now!!!

Oh, and we definitely to need watch “Faith like Potatoes” again!
